1) Return for exchange: Customers need to send the product back as requested. After receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product first. Then we’ll send you a brand new unit. We’re responsible for the resend shipping fee.
2) Return for refund: Customers need to send the product back as requested, and we’ll refund the product cost to you after testing the product. We're responsible for the return shipping fee. But the send shipping fee is not included in the refund.

Customers need to cooperate with us on checking the products, such as updating the device, providing the car model and model year, pictures of the car dash and factory car radio plug, etc. Refusal to cooperate may affect your warranty. 1) Return for exchange
Installed: If you have installed it, then return for exchange is not supported for we could not sell it as brand new anymore.
Not installed: Customers need to send the product back as requested, and pay the price difference of other new version product. We’re not responsible for the return & resend shipping fee.
2) Return for refund
Installed: If you have installed it, then return for refund is not supported.
Not installed: Customers only unpack the outer packaging of the products without installing them. We’ll charge 20% depreciation expense for we can no longer sell the devices as brand new products. Customers need to send the product back as requested. We will arrange a refund to you after deducting the original shipping charges and the depreciation expense.
Kind reminder: Products must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the returned items if you have opened and installed them or they are not in a resalable condition when returned.
Return for exchange or refund are not supported.
Eonon allows cancellations before your product is shipped out or manufactured. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not allowed after your package has been shipped.
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll email you regarding the receipts within 48 hours and you’ll be asked to approve or reject the refund. Once it’s approved, your return will be processed. You will receive the refund in the original payment method within 3 business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds).
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Or you can contact your credit card company as it may take some days for your bank to process the refund. If you've done all these things and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll help you further.
