I was nervous of making a purchase with a company from abroad, particularly one from China because of horror stories I have heard of in the past of people not receiving goods and losing money.

My fears however were soon put to rest as I chatted with Benson over the website chat and he guided me through the different car audio options until we found the stereo that suited me.

A day after making the purchase I changed my mind and decided to go for another model that had GPS. It was easy to get hold of a sales representative to make the change.

Again it was Benson that served me and throughout the whole process he was a total delight to be served by. I had communication with some of his colleagues since then for other items I had needed and again their service was outstanding.

Having received the stereo and other items, I am delighted to say that they function well and have exceeded my expectations.

I don't normally write reviews but I believe the people at EONON deserve praise and also it may help anyone with hesitation to buy, to have some form of reassurance from someone who was in the same situation.

Dear Shelley K.
You have here a very happy customer. The new car radio DVD player arrived here last Thursday 23rd July. I installed it into my caravan, on the following Saturday, being careful to connect the unit correctly. I am so delighted. It plays any media I tried on it. It even plays most of the DVDs that I have produced both on my computer, and on my DVD recorder. Some of these my home DVD players won't play. I haven't tried SD cards or USB flash drives as yet, but I am sure they will play also. I am very pleased with the way you honoured your obligation to me, by sending this new unit to me, with me only having to pay the delivery charge. Thank you.
Some people I know would not even consider buying things from overseas, but I do not hesitate in doing that myself, especially if they are fair minded about it, as your company is.
I have already listed feedback to your company, but I would like to put in more feedback, so that other would be customers can see, that they can deal with your company with a lot of confidence. Is there any way that I can add to the feedback that I have listed?
It is companies like 88hk that make buying on ebay an absolute pleasure.
Once again thank you so much for your understanding, your fairness, and promptness in dealing with my problem. Any time I want anything else from you, I will not hesitate in bidding for it, or buying it outright.

I do appreciate it alot!
I am filling my car with all your audio gear mate so i was wondering that do you have any type of decals or t shirts that i can do some free advertising here for you at all???
Ile be purchasing ALOT more screens in the future aswell as i need another 5. so we will do a great bussiness here mate ok!

Again thanx for the extension with the payment mate! i wont let you down like other people mate!

thank you very much. i would like to say that although i have had problems with my unit i am more than happy with the way you have sorted this problem out and will be happy with reconmending your company to all my friends and family.

I would also like you to pass this email onto your boss. You have been very helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire ordeal and I am comforted to know that there are still genuine nice people out there. NOTE TO BOSS you are lucky to have such a person working for you and her hard work should not go unnoticed.
