Customers' Question:Hello There i bought a 7 inch 2-din car DVD player and the face off does not hold in place i dont know what the problem is when i hold it, it holds on and i could watch movies and stuff but when i let go of it then its carrys on working but the screen gets blank. can some1 please help me

I would like to tell you that you can add the E0056 ANTENNA to this item. I would like to tell you that if it is not too much trouble, you can place the gps's antenna outside the car. Hope that helps

Customers' Question:Hi. It appears that the menu is not as good looking visually as other menus such as on the G2201E. Is it possible to get a single Din head unit with the same capabilities as this one but with the more visually appealing menu?

Customers' Question:Hello, My Previous Question:- I recently purchased an EONON E0821 (5 inch touch screen 1-din car dvd cd player) and have had it installed. The Radio, SD Card slot and CD functions work fine however whenever i insert a DVD into the unit a message appears on the screen "ERR DISC" i have tried a number of discs however is displays the same message all time. What could be wrong? My New Question:- I had already done as per your original answer which is why i posted the question originally. i can watch .avi files from an SD Card without any problems (there is a loud buzzing noise though while the movie is playing) but a normal DVD bought from a store will not play. The screen displays ERR DISC! in the top left hand corner of the screen as the disc is trying to play Is there a fault with the product, maybe a faulty DVD lens perhaps? Many Thanks Regards

Sorry about the inconvenient. However, no need to worry, here is the solution for the problem.
 
Please kindly connect the wire "brake control wire"  to the GROUND (The negative pole of the power), then you can see the picture. Meanwhile, you can take more information from our website, there is instruciton.Hope it will help.
